RETURNS

• We hope you are thrilled with every item ordered from Esme Home, but we understand that there are occasions where you may want to return an item to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can return it to us, in its original condition within 28 days for a full refund, excluding any delivery fees.
• All items need to be returned in the original packaging and condition. You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us.
